I’m a passionate kinesiologist committed to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. That hands-on experience strengthened both my technical knowledge and my ability to support others.
With an extensive background in sport and years of gym experience, I understand both the science behind performance and the real-world challenges of pursuing health goals. I previously worked as a personal trainer for the Coaldale Copperheads, helping athletes improve strength, conditioning, and overall performance.
I’m dedicated to improving health and wellness at every level, from rehabilitation to performance enhancement. My approach is supportive, practical, and results-driven. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hockey, music, and continuing to challenge myself physically.

I have always been a helper. After working with people with disabilities for most of my life, my desire to care for others compelled me to become a massage therapist. What I enjoy most about my work is helping others get back to daily activities, and destress, as well as educating clients about health and wellness. I enjoy connecting with my clients and providing treatments that work best for them.
I apply various modalities in my sessions to ensure I provide a tailored treatment to each person’s individual needs, using my skills and education in myofascial/cupping/hot stones and stretching and I am certified in TMJ. My techniques are detailed and focused to assist with chronic pain, injuries, and relaxation. Clients have described my treatments as a mixture of therapeutic and relaxation.
