With over a decade of experience, I’ve learned that movement means something different to everyone — and so does recovery. As a rehab‑focused Kinesiologist, I’m here to help you return to movement with confidence after pain, injury, or long stretches of feeling stuck. I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKIN) from the University of the Fraser Valley, and I care deeply about creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged — an environment that empowers you to take ownership of your recovery. The goals we set together will always be realistic for you and will fit your life, not the other way around.

I take a structured yet relaxed approach to rehabilitation. Through assessment, I identify movement patterns, limitations, and contributing factors to discomfort or tension. Treatment focuses on restoring mobility, reducing restrictions, and building strength through guided movement, targeted stretching, and progressive exercise. This foundation‑first approach supports long‑term resilience and improved function, and it’s important to me that clients rebuild trust in their bodies over time — gently, gradually, and at a pace that feels right.

I also value the connection between physical rehabilitation and mental well‑being. I want you to feel safe, calm, and supported during our sessions, and that’s a big part of how I work. In addition to my clinical practice, I am a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and First Aid/CPR Instructor, which helps me create a reassuring environment where you can show up exactly as you are. My hope is that you leave each session feeling not just physically stronger, but more confident and capable in your day‑to‑day life.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me exploring Calgary’s trails on my mountain bike, at the curling rink, spending time with family and friends, traveling, or soaking up the sunshine doing yard work and gardening — often with our dog Tia and our cat Suki “helping” nearby.

I love seeing people notice their own progress, especially the small wins that add up over time. I’m here to walk alongside you as you work toward the goals that matter most to you.

Hi, I’m Kelli.

With over 25 years in practice, my mission has always been to offer a calm, grounded space for body and mind… a sanctuary in a world that can feel loud and overwhelming. I bring a blend of professionalism, compassion and deep listening to every session, tailoring each treatment to the individual before me. My work is rooted in respect, ethics and the belief that healing begins with feeling truly seen and supported.

I have a special focus on the nervous system and how physical and emotional well-being are deeply connected. My approach integrates deep-tissue and point-specific therapy, nervous system-aware techniques, and stress relief practices that support the body’s natural healing process. I specialize in working with clients managing autoimmune and immune conditions, chronic stress, burnout, insomnia and repetitive strain injuries.

What brings me joy is helping people move beyond short-term relief to real, lasting change… addressing the root of the issue rather than just the surface tension.
