Dr. Kayla Goodwin brings a compassionate and patient-centered approach to chiropractic care, shaped by a
lifelong passion for movement and helping others. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of
Lethbridge, earning a double major in Kinesiology and Psychology. Her personal experience with injury through
years of Irish dance—and her time in high school sports medicine—sparked a deep interest in understanding the
body and optimizing performance.
After being a long-time patient at a chiropractic clinic she admired for over 14 years, Dr. Goodwin took the leap
and pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, graduating in 2024.
With experience treating a wide range of patients—from those managing chronic pain to individuals recovering
from acute injuries—she is passionate about helping people feel their best and stay active in the things they
love. Whether through manual adjustments or gentle activator techniques, Dr. Goodwin tailors her care to suit
each patient’s comfort and needs.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her embracing the outdoors—hiking, downhill and cross-country skiing—or cozying
up with a good book and a warm cup of tea.
